How can I pay?
You can pay cash or use an EC/Maestro credit card upon arrival or in advance via cash remittance or credit card.
However, we will be happy if you pay in advance with your credit card or via cash remittance since your room is then guaranteed even after 18:00 hrs.
Opening hours, check-in, check-out
We are opened from 07:00 to 23:00 hrs. You can arrive any time. In case your room is not ready, you can leave your luggage in our lockable luggage room free of charge. Your room should be ready by 14:00 hrs at the latest. You can check in up to 23:00 hrs. Daily check-out is possible from 07:00 to 11:00.
Cancellation: You cannot make it?
For single bookings, cancellation made 24 hours prior to arrival is free of charge. In case of cancellation on the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged depending on the booking level.
In case you do not arrive and there is no previous cancellation made, the full bed price will be due.

*Price per person/ bed/ night including bedding.
Week-end rates (FR- SUN) are 2€ higher per person/night
